MtG'd Dark Magician

The ability comes from Dark Magician's Deck Master ability in the Virtual World arc, which lets you pay 1000LP to copy one of your spells. This is pretty much that exactly translated, with 1000LP converting to about 3 life in Magic. Seems it fits, him being a dark wizard and all. Other than that, there's really not much to say. I can't believe I managed to find so much to say in my earlier ones. Maybe I was thinking them more complex than they actually were. Stats were more or less arbitrated once I got the effects and desired cost down.
